embWiSe is an acronym of "Embedded Wireless Systems Engineering" - As the name implies, we provide a complete embedded WiFi driver software and security supplicant framework leveraging our expertise in WiFi, interconnect technologies like SDIO, SPI and USB, embedded OS and SoC platforms. We are well placed to provide our hybrid software products/services solutions, that help in adding WiFi connectivity connected device designs on any processor, OS and WiFi chipsets, FASTER and at LESSER costs. embWiSe’s embedded WiFi software solution for different WiFi chipsets are already working in several customer designs: Feature Phones, SmartPhones, Portable Media Players, Digital Still Cameras, PoS, Automotive Diagnostics, eReaders, etc.,

embWiSe is a QualcommAtheros Authorized Design Center and provides a production ready SDIO-WiFi Driver solution for AR6002 802.11b/g and AR6003 802.11n chipsets, complete with support for WPA/WPA2-PSK Supplicant, SoftAP, WPS and WiFi Direct under Linux, ThreadX, Nucleus and uITRON OS platforms.
embWiSe also offers embedded STA Driver / SoftAP support for Marvell's 88W8686 / 88W8688 802.11b/g and 88W8787 802.11n chipsets with its WiFi software framework under different OS platforms.

To complement the WiFi driver software framework, embWiSe also provides an embedded CCX (Cisco Compatible Extensions) Supplicant (WiSe-Supplicant) conforming to CCX v4 specifications for Application Specific Devices (ASDs).

embWiSe's IP portfolio also includes an embedded SDIO stack – SDIOWorx – supported on different OS and popular SoC platforms and comes integrated with SDIO-WiFi driver support for QualcommAtheros and Marvell WiFi chipsets.

An embedded, portable, OS independent Zeroconf stack – WiSe-Zeroconf – currently tested and supported on Linux and ThreadX OSes, complete the product portfolio. WiSe-Zeroconf is a ground-up development (not a Port) and had been certified by Apple as Bonjour compliant. WiSe-Zeroconf is already in use in a couple of printer designs.
